Labquality Corporation acquires Kasve Oy. Kasve is a Finnish company specializing in digital and software services and regulatory services. Their target groups are the health technology industry, in vitro diagnostic manufacturers, and laboratories. Kasve is a market leader in digital and software services for medical device manufacturers in Finland. Kasve and its experienced professionals further strengthen Labquality’s digital health technology and regulatory affairs competencies. The acquisition is in line with Labquality’s international growth strategy.
