Labquality expands its clinical trial services to pharmaceuticals in Germany

Labquality Corporation acquires P.R.I.S.M.A.-CRO GmbH.

P.R.I.S.M.A.-CRO is a German company specialising in clinical trial services for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. P.R.I.S.M.A. and its experienced professionals further strengthen Labquality’s clinical trial offering in the pharmaceutical and biotech markets. The acquisition is in line with Labquality’s strategy to build an international full-service contract research organization (CRO).

The acquisition of P.R.I.S.M.A. enables Labquality to grow its CRO business in the German and Central European pharmaceutical markets.

P.R.I.S.M.A. enables us to enter the German pharmaceutical markets and increases our capability to offer multi-site clinical trial services in Central Europe. The acquisition does not have any impact on the current customer relationships, partnerships, or personnel of P.R.I.S.M.A. or Labquality.
