Labquality, supported by Mérieux Equity Partners, acquires Scandinavian CRO.

Labquality Corporation acquires Scandinavian CRO (Contract Research Organization), which specializes in clinical trials services for pharmaceutical, medical device, and in vitro diagnostic device companies. They have a strong position in the CRO market both in Sweden and in other Scandinavian countries. As an established and highly distinguished CRO operator in Sweden their customer base covers clients from small and medium sized to large pharmaceutical and medical device companies as well as academia. The acquisition aligns with Labquality’s international growth strategy and enables Labquality to grow its business in Sweden and to enter new markets like Norway and Denmark.

The acquisition enables Labquality to further expand CRO market coverage in the Nordics. “Scandinavian CRO is a great addition to our Labquality family completing our CRO business platform. Now, we are a full service CRO company, and we can continue our geographical expansion and growth.
